Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for faulty physical products (not PDF patterns). If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me at heyjuliet@sewhooked.au with your order details and photos so I can help.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes - exchanges are available for a different size, provided the item is:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

Who covers the cost of shipping for exchanges?
The customer is responsible for:

  • Shipping the item back for exchange

  • Paying shipping again for the new jumper

If you’d prefer, you can arrange a free pick-up or drop-off instead of posting it back.

How do I arrange an exchange?
To start an exchange, please email me at heyjuliet@sewhooked.au with your order number and the size you’d like to swap to.
